Your record may contain certain medical terms or other data that are not clear to you or that you have questions about. This is because the available information has not been edited or adapted in terms of language, content or form. In addition, reports are drawn up on the basis not just of points identified during the examination, consultation, intervention or contact, but also on the basis of information already in your patient record.
